Operative words

All County residents over the age of two shall wear face coverings whenever they are in public and social distancing is not possible.... This Order remains effective until after termination of the state of emergency and the proclamation of the catastrophic health emergency has been rescinded, or until rescinded, superseded, amended, or revised by additional orders.

Enforcement

Misdemeanor; imprisonment not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both (recited in the order)

Notes

Broader than the State's Apr. 15, 2020 order, which reached retail and transit only; the State's general indoor mask order followed on July 31, 2020.
