Operative words
WHEREAS, many Foodservice Establishments that serve alcoholic beverages after 10 p.m. have been repeatedly warned and cited for violating face covering and social distancing requirements... Gatherings of more than 50 people continue to be prohibited at all locations and venues... [Foodservice establishments] shall cease service of alcoholic beverages for on-premise consumption at 10 [p.m.]... High-risk sport scrimmages, games, matches, and competitions are prohibited... All Theaters shall remain closed to the general public.
