Operative words

Pursuant to the Board of Health Regulations approved on August 5, 2021, please accept this Memorandum as notice that as of August 5, 2021 Montgomery County's COVID-19 transmission status has been downgraded to an area of 'substantial transmission.' Effective August 7 at 12:01 a.m. all persons in Montgomery County over the age of two must wear a face covering in any location accessible to the public (subject to exceptions as described in paragraph 3(b) of the Regulation).
