Notes
Recites 'currently over 2100 cases,... the highest number of COVID-19 positive cases in the State of Maryland' and county unemployment 'at approximately fifteen percent.' Preceded the State's retail and transit mask order (Order 20-04-15-01, effective Apr. 18, 2020) by three days.
