WHEREAS, by Emergency Regulations, issued on March 4, 2021, Emergency Management Director Eric Johnson mandated face coverings for all persons in city buildings and facilities... NOW, THEREFORE, this rescission of the March 4, 2021, Emergency Regulations for Wearing Face Coverings in City Buildings and Facilities shall take effect at 8:00 p.m. on May 21, 2021. SECTION 1. That the Emergency Regulations for Wearing Face Coverings in City Buildings and Facilities, Ordinance No. 31792, issued on March 4, 2021, is rescinded.
