Operative words

The Second Amended Declaration shall not be construed to hinder the ability of the industries identified in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce Memorandum dated March 19, 2020 to continue their operation appropriately modified to account for Centers for Disease Control (CDC) workforce and consumer protection guidance... 2. Nothing in the Second Amended Declaration limits online sales by retail stores or the employees necessary to facilitate online sales, as long as there is sufficient space for all people to be 6 feet apart.
