Operative words

be it Proclaimed and ORDERED that the Executive Order issued on June 25, 2020 ('June Executive Order'), is hereby extended until August 31, 2020, unless extended, modified or terminated earlier by the Tarrant County Judge... The Health and Safety Policy must require, at a minimum, that all employees and visitors to the entity's business premises wear face coverings

Fine not to exceed $1,000 for each violation (Gov't Code § 418.173)

Notes
