Operative words

The Collin County District Courts issued a variety of emergency orders, plans, and notices during the COVID-19 pandemic. IT IS ORDERED that all Collin County District Court emergency orders and pandemic-related orders from 3/1/2020 through the present are hereby DISSOLVED. As of the signing of this order, the only COVID emergency procedures that remain in place are pursuant to the Texas Supreme Court's 38th Emergency Order, which expires 8/1/2021, including: minimum standard health protocols for court proceedings, an in-person proceeding schedule, and a jury plan.
