Operative words

Unless an exception below applies, all individuals must wear a mask or face covering over their nose and mouth when in an indoor place other than their own home, or when outdoors in a situation where adequate social distancing of at least 6 feet is not possible (including outdoor public gatherings).... Restaurants may remain open for indoor dining at 75% capacity, with all patrons or group parties at least six (6) feet away from people at other tables.... Public Health Order 16-2020 is superseded by this Order. Unless otherwise specified in this Public Health Order 20-2020, the restrictions imposed by Governor Holcomb's 'Stage 4.5' of the Back on Track Indiana Plan apply.

Notes

County mask mandate preceded the Governor's statewide mandate (EO 20-37, effective July 27, 2020) by eighteen days. Paragraph 25: residents 65 and older and high-risk persons should stay at home and telecommute if possible.
