As of the effective date and time of this Order set forth below, APRIL 9, 2021, all individuals, businesses, and government agencies in Jackson County, Missouri, excluding Kansas City, Missouri and Independence, Missouri, are required to follow the provisions of this Order, otherwise known as the Eastern Jackson County Safer-at-Home Plan (§ 1)
