Operative words

A Mass Gathering inside is permitted with fifty (50) individuals or less not including employees.... A Mass Gathering outside is permitted with one hundred (100) individuals or less not including employees.... Indoor dine-in capacity to 50% of approved seating capacity... Limit capacity to 50% of approved capacity levels.... Meetings, trainings, and conferences are considered Mass Gatherings... Public and private K-12 schools are open for pupil instruction and extracurricular activities as of July 1, 2020.... This Order shall become effective Monday, June 15 at 8:00 a.m.
