Businesses Licensed By the City of Saint Paul: Must require all Individuals to wear a face covering at all times when social distancing of at least 6 feet is not maintained.... Any business licensed by the City of Saint Paul found in violation of this requirement may face adverse licensing action and penalties under Chapter 310 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.

Notes

Every licensed business in Saint Paul (restaurants, bars, retail, salons, entertainment) had a City-law duty to require masks of every customer from June 1, 2020; the May 27, 2020 release describes it as covering 'all businesses licensed by the City'.
