Operative words
As of July 24, 2020, the City of New Orleans continues to not meet all of the public health milestones required to advance in the phased reopening and must issue further restrictions to limit the spread of COVID-19. Effective 6:01am on July 25, 2020, the City of New Orleans will follow restrictions for Phase Two of the reopening of the City of New Orleans as outlined in the 'City of New Orleans Health Department Guidelines for COVID-19 Reopening Phase Two' dated July 24, 2020.
