2020: Postponed to the fall and then cancelled: 'JAZZ FEST 2020 WILL NOT OCCUR' (Ex. SEC-17-GM-099) under the City's Phase orders capping gatherings at 25 indoors and 50 to 100 outdoors (Exs. MET-MSY-008, -009) and Louisiana's Phase 2 crowd caps. 2021: Rescheduled from April to October 2021 and then cancelled on August 8, 2021: 'JAZZ FEST 2021 WILL NOT OCCUR IN OCTOBER DUE TO COVID-19 CONDITIONS' (Ex. SEC-17-GM-036), with Louisiana's mask mandate in force from August 4 (Ex. LA-036) and New Orleans' vaccination-or-test rule from August 16 (Ex. MET-MSY-029); Mardi Gras 2021 parades cancelled and bars closed by the City (Exs. MET-MSY-020, -021). Usual dates: Late April - early May (two weekends); Mardi Gras (February).
