Operative words

1. All indoor public and private gatherings shall be limited to 25 individuals and outdoor public and private gatherings shall be limited to 50 individuals. All individuals in indoor [and outdoor gatherings must wear masks]... Bars, Breweries, Micro-breweries, Distilleries, and Micro-Distilleries without a state [AR-Conditional permit remain closed to on-premises consumption]...; Bars or other establishments with a state AR-Conditional permit may operate as [restaurants]... Face coverings are required at all times.

Notes

New Orleans remained in Phase Two after the State moved to Phase 3 on Sept. 11, 2020 (117-JBE-2020); the City did not enter Phase 3 until Oct. 3, 2020.
