Section 1. Recommendation. Due to the nature of Executive Order 2020-004 and its effect on the internal and external processes regarding business and development within Seminole County Government, Seminole County Chief Administrator of Emergency Management deems the tolling of any and all pending due dates, expiration dates, or termination dates in Zoning and Land Use applications, agreements, resolutions, ordinances, building permits; and Code Enforcement compliance dates, necessary until the current Local State of Emergency expires or is rescinded.

EO 2020-004A is the Chief Administrator's ratification of the Chairman's Mar. 18, 2020 tolling order; EO 2021-011 (Ex. MET-ORL-058) lifted the tolling for code-enforcement priority cases on Mar. 2, 2021 and continued the rest under Fla. Stat. 252.363.
