I BUDDY DYER, as Mayor of the City of Orlando... hereby declare that, effective immediately, until further notice from the Office of the Mayor, all persons are prohibited from selling or distributing any alcoholic beverage, with or without payment or consideration therefor, for consumption on the premises within the City of Orlando. This declaration shall be effective immediately upon my execution, and shall be effective for seven days from the date and time hereof, unless otherwise terminated or extended in accordance with applicable law.
