Operative words
1. The Orange County Clerk of Courts and the Osceola County Clerk of Courts are directed to suspend all actions related to mortgage foreclosure causes of action, cancel all pending mortgage foreclosure sales, and suspend all actions related to residential eviction causes of action, filed in their respective jurisdictions, through and until 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. 2. Nothing in this Administrative Order shall be construed as relieving an individual from their obligation to make mortgage payments or rent payments.

Implements Governor's EO 20-94 (Apr. 2, 2020) locally: every pending foreclosure action and sale and every residential eviction action in the two counties was suspended by the Clerks through May 19, 2020. Recites Orange County's Mar. 13 and Osceola County's Mar. 16, 2020 local emergencies.
