Operative words

(as recited in AO 2020-06-13) 'the temporary modification to operations limiting public access to court facilities put in place on August 23, 2021 may now be lifted'; (as recited in AO 2020-06-14) 'the requirement that face masks must be worn at all times in the public spaces of all court facilities, including courtrooms and during in-person court proceedings'; (Circuit's Sept. 2021 notice linking this order) 'Masks are required while in the courthouse and are available upon request. If you have tested positive for COVID within the past 14 days or have been told to isolate or quarantine, do not enter any of our courthouses.... Most hearings are being held remotely.'

The Q3 2021 court instrument: from August 23, 2021 public access to the Orange and Osceola courthouses was limited, masks were required in all court facilities, positive and quarantined persons were barred and most hearings were remote.
