Section 1. Outdoor Gatherings and Events. Outdoor gatherings continue to be allowed for any lawful purpose, provided that they are [conducted in compliance with the applicable orders of the] Commonwealth and the City, including the density limit of no more than 10 people per 1,000 [square feet]...
