The court's COVID-19 page (Wayback capture of Jan. 25, 2021, read) lists: Order Declaring a Judicial Emergency; Order Extending Cancelation of Jury Trials and Jury Duty; Order Extending Stay of Residential Property Evictions; Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Orders Extending the Thirty-Second Judicial District's Past Declared Emergency; Emergency Revised Scheduling and Operational Protocols as of Nov. 12, 2020; Emergency Orders postponing the Sheriff's Real Estate Sales of June 19, July 17, Aug. 21, Nov. 20 and Dec. 18, 2020 and Jan. 15, Feb. 19 and Mar. 19, 2021, and the Upset and Judicial Tax Sales of Sept. 17, Oct. 15 and Dec. 17, 2020; and states: 'Effective Monday, June 1, 2020, the criminal, civil and family trial courts will resume certain judicial operations in the court of common pleas, including in-person hearings, under staggered start schedules, hourly caps of the number of cases to be heard, and an aggregate number of matters listed daily.... For now, only counsel, the parties, and witnesses will be permitted access to the court house... All those entering the court house must undergo both a security and health screening, including the taking of temperatures, and will be denied admission should they not pass the health assessment.'
