Operative words
There is no onsite consumption of alcohol at any bar, restaurant or business establishment in Allegheny County.... All on-site dining is currently suspended, including outdoor seating. Only take-out and delivery service remains permissible.... Youth sports and team practices should not exceed 25 per group.... Games should not exceed groups of 25.
