Operative words

the Order of Court of March 16, 2020 directing that the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office shall not execute any Writs of Possession is extended until the conclusion of the judicial emergency, and President Judge Clark's Orders entered thereunder.... the Sheriff's Office shall execute after all applicable government issued moratorium or court order suspending ejectment have expired without assessing additional service fees to the Plaintiff.
