this Court having originally declared a judicial emergency in the Fifth Judicial District of Pennsylvania beginning on March 16, 2020, and having previously extended such emergency through December 31, 2020, I now DECLARE that the judicial emergency be extended through March 31, 2021. The provisions of the Fifth Judicial District Emergency Operations Plan as amended, shall remain in effect through the remaining duration of the judicial emergency.
