Unless explicitly permitted in this Order or in Sacramento County Public Health guidance, all gatherings are prohibited.... In alignment with the Tier 1, the following sectors are permitted for OUTDOOR operations only until further notice...: a. Personal care services... b. Museums, zoos, aquariums c. Places of worship d. Movie theaters e. Gyms and fitness centers f. Restaurants g. Wineries h. Family Entertainment Centers... i. Cardrooms, satellite wagering. Bars, pubs, brewpubs and breweries may operate outdoors if they are offering sit-down, outdoor meals.
