This order supersedes the September 23, 2020 Order of the Public Health Officer directing all individuals to stay at home ("prior Stay At Home"). This Order shall become effective at 3:00 pm on September 29, 2020... Unless explicitly permitted in this Order or in Sacramento County Public Health guidance, all gatherings are prohibited.
