Operative words
I hereby order, effective immediately until May 31, 2020, that: 1. All of the requirements contained in Executive Order No. 2020-1... are hereby extended until May 31, 2020. 2. All of the requirements contained in Executive Order No. 2020-2... are hereby extended until May 31, 2020.... 4. City of San Diego community and neighborhood parks... are open for limited use by individuals... Shoreline parks, regional parks, and Balboa Park's Central Mesa and museums remain closed.... 5. City of San Diego beaches and bays are open for limited use by individuals... Beach parking lots and boardwalks remain closed.... 6. All City of San Diego residents two years of age or older shall be in possession of a face covering when they leave their home or place of residence and shall wear it when they are in a business or within six feet of another person who is not a member of their family or household.... Additionally, effective May 8, 2020, each essential business shall require employees to wear a face covering.... 7. The San Diego Convention Center will remain temporarily in use as an emergency homeless shelter to support Operation Shelter to Home.
Enforcement
'Any violation of the above prohibitions may be referred for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.'
