Operative words

Large gatherings or events estimated to be in excess of 10 people outdoors are prohibited [with enumerated exceptions]... Household Social Gatherings, including family gatherings, shall not include more than 10 persons... restaurants may only operate at up to 50 percent of the total listed occupancy... People shall not visit bars... A landlord... shall comply with the... CDC Order.
