Operative words
These guidelines are updated effective January 4, 2021 in St. Louis County. In accordance with the St. Louis County Department of Public Health's ('DPH') Amended Safer At Home Order (the 'Order') effective January 4, 2021... Curfew: All food establishments and drinking establishments must cease indoor and outdoor service to customers at 10 p.m.... Food establishments must limit the number of people allowed in the facility to 25% (twenty five-percent) of the number that would otherwise be allowed based on the facility's authorized fire and building code occupancy OR limit the number of tables in the facility to the number of tables that can be distanced 6 feet or more from other tables, WHICHEVER IS LESS.... No more than 10 people may be seated at a table.... All private parties at a food establishment must be limited to 10 people or fewer.... Require that customers provide one (1) contact information per party for contact tracing purposes only.
