SECTION 3. Mandatory requirements and prohibitions. (1) All persons must wear a face covering while in any Indoor Public Place within Pinellas County... This Ordinance shall take [effect] at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday June 24, 2020... SECTION 8. Sunset Date. Unless rescinded or extended by subsequent act of the Board, this ordinance shall sunset upon the expiration of the County State of Local Emergency

Enforcement

Sec. 4: fine of $100 for a first violation, $250 for a second [and higher thereafter]; owners, operators and managers responsible for violations of guests, customers and patrons in stated circumstances
