Operative words

To slow the spread of the coronavirus, all Secretary of State offices are temporarily closed as of Tuesday, March 24, until further notice.... All transactions that cannot ordinarily be completed online will be temporarily suspended.... All Secretary of State offices will be closed through the duration of Governor Whitmer's Stay Home, Stay Safe Executive Order.
