3. Public accommodations restrictions. Until 12:01 am on October 9, 2020, and subject to the exceptions in section 9 ('Exceptions'), the following places are closed to entry, use, and occupancy by members of the public: (a) Indoor theaters, cinemas, and performance venues;... (c)... amusement parks, arcades, bingo halls, bowling centers, indoor climbing facilities, indoor dance areas, roller rinks... 6(b) An indoor social gathering or indoor organized event of more than 10 and fewer than 500 people occurring at a non-residential venue is permitted only to the extent that the organizers and venue: In cases where the gathering or event occurs in a venue with fixed seating, limit attendance to 20% of seating capacity (or 25% of seating capacity in Regions 6 and 8); Otherwise, limit attendance to 20 people per 1,000 square feet of venue space... 13.... this order takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on October 9, 2020. At that time, Executive Orders 2020-176, 2020-180, and 2020-181 are rescinded.

Notes

Its capacity architecture (20 percent of fixed seating; 20 persons per 1,000 square feet; 500 indoor cap) is the architecture MDHHS adopted in its October 5, 9 and 29, 2020 orders.
