1. Executive Orders 20-99, 20-103, and 20-104 are rescinded as of Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 11:59 pm.... 3. Masks and face coverings required. Executive Order 20-81... remains in full force and effect... 6.a.... indoor social gatherings involving not more than two households, up to a maximum of 10 people, are permitted... Outdoor social gatherings involving not more than three households, up to a maximum of 15 people, are permitted... 6.a.xiv.... weddings, funerals, and services... B. In indoor settings, occupancy must not exceed 50 percent of the normal occupant capacity.... 6.a.xv. Celebrations and receptions... A. Indoors, no more than two households, up to a maximum of 10 people. B. Outdoors, no more than three households, up to a maximum of 15 people.... 7.a. Continue to work from home whenever possible. Any worker who can work from home must do so.... 7.c.vi. Restaurants... may provide indoor and outdoor service... A. Occupancy of any indoor space must not exceed 50 percent of the normal occupant capacity, with a maximum of 150 people... C. All establishments must ensure that no more than six customers are seated at one table. D. All establishments must close and remain closed each day for on-premises consumption between the hours of 10:00 pm and 4:00 am.... 7.c.vii. Public pools... must not exceed 25 percent of the normal occupant capacity, not to exceed 150 people.... 7.c.viii. Indoor gymnasiums, fitness centers... must not exceed 25 percent of the normal occupant capacity, not to exceed 150 people in the entire facility.... 7.c.ix. Venues providing indoor events and entertainment... may not exceed 25 percent of normal occupant capacity with a maximum of 150 people.

Para. 10: individual misdemeanor ($1,000 or 90 days); owner, manager or supervisor gross misdemeanor ($3,000 or one year); Attorney General and city and county attorneys civil penalties up to $25,000 per occurrence; DLI citations, civil penalties or closure orders
