Operative words

Face Coverings must be worn indoors if anyone else is in that space [who is not a member of the same household]... Face Coverings must be worn outdoors if it is not possible to [consistently be six feet apart]... If a person does not wear a Face Covering in a situation where a Face Covering is [required, the business must not allow entry or service]

Class 2 misdemeanor; large retail businesses required to post staff to enforce face coverings
