Mass Gatherings are prohibited. 'Mass Gathering' means an event or convening that brings together more than twenty-five (25) people indoors or more than [fifty (50) people outdoors]... Limit any Guests in indoor areas to 30% Emergency Maximum Occupancy [fitness facilities]... Limit the number of Guests in the museum or aquarium to fifty percent (50%)... Entertainment areas within establishments that are open must remain closed... People are required to wear Face Coverings
