B. Where Face Coverings Are Required. People are required to wear Face Coverings [in retail businesses, restaurants, personal care, child care, transportation, and workplaces where distancing is not possible]... Executive Order No. 141 shall remain in effect, as amended below, until 5:00 pm on July 17, 2020.

Class 2 misdemeanor; businesses required to have workers wear face coverings; sec. II citations against businesses only (individuals not cited)

First statewide face covering order; also extended the Phase 2 closures of bars, gyms and entertainment.
