Operative words
Individuals are strongly encouraged to telework to the greatest extent permissible by their employer... Limit the number of customers in the restaurant to fifty percent (50%) of stated fire capacity... Limit the number of customers in the store to fifty percent (50%)... Mass Gatherings are prohibited. 'Mass Gathering' means an event or convening that brings together more than ten (10) people indoors or more than twenty-five (25) people outdoors
