Operative words

Capacity will be limited to 50% of normal operating capacity. Allow for 6 feet of spacing between groups... Tables must be limited to 10 people per table.... Standing in bars is not allowed. Bar stool seating will be allowed for 1-2 guests, with 6 feet of separation between groups.... During phase I, all restaurants should close for a minimum of 4 hours daily to deep clean. Blackjack tables will remain closed.

Through EO 2020-06.4 ¶ 6: reopening permitted only if these standards 'must be adopted and rigorously followed'
