Operative words
The requirements defined in Section (1) (a)-(h), above, will remain in effect until 8:00 a.m., Friday, January 8, 2021.... Effective November 16, 2020, occupancy of bars, restaurants and food service establishments is limited to 50% of the licensed seating capacity, not to exceed a maximum of 150 patrons;... Dance areas must be closed;... In-person dining and service may be conducted between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.;... The requirements defined under Section (2) (a)-(h), above, will remain in effect until 8:00 a.m., Friday, January 8, 2021.
