Operative words

All public K-12 school districts within the state of New Hampshire shall transition to temporary remote instruction and support for a three week period beginning Monday, March 16th, 2020 and ending Friday, April 3rd, 2020.... Beginning on Monday, March 16, 2020, all public K-12 schools shall be closed to students to allow each school district to develop remote instruction and remote support capacity and transition to temporary remote instruction and support.
