Operative words

(1)... all 'mass gatherings' are hereby prohibited... An indoor or outdoor parade of any sort is a mass gathering... (6) [A 'retail space'] may not allow a person who is without a mask or multilayer cloth face covering to enter the premises except where that person is in possession of a written exemption from a healthcare provider.... (8) Gyms and similar exercise facilities may operate at up to 50%... (11) Bars are not permitted to operate other than for take-out and delivery... (12) 'Places of lodging' shall not operate at more than 50%... This Order shall take effect immediately and remain in effect through July 15, 2020.

Enforcement

Governor's July 1, 2020 release: 'In accordance with state law, violators will be subject to a $100 fine. In addition, retailers will now be required to ensure that their customers are wearing face coverings in order to enter store premises.' (Section 24-1-21)
