Operative words

(1)... An indoor or outdoor parade of any sort is a mass gathering; parades are therefore prohibited... (6) A 'retail space' may not allow a person who is without a mask or multilayer cloth face covering to enter the premises... (8) 'Close contact facilities' may operate at up to 25%... All individuals inside a 'close contact facility' must wear face-coverings.... (13)... all individuals shall wear a mask or multilayer cloth face covering in public settings except when eating, drinking, or swimming.... (18) Organized amateur contact sports are prohibited.... (19) State parks... shall only be open to New Mexico residents.... (4) This Order shall take effect on July 13, 2020 and remain in effect through July 30, 2020.
