Operative words

SECTION 1: DMV offices are required to be closed to the public until at least April 16, 2020 to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus. SECTION 2: The expiration date on all non-commercial and commercial driver licenses... will be extended for a period of 90 days... for those... expiring during the time period of March 16, 2020 through April 30, 2020... SECTION 4: The expiration date on all active business and occupational licenses... issued by the DMV for new and used car dealerships, salespersons, automobile wreckers and dismantlers, body shops, garages, emissions stations, emissions inspectors, drive schools, short- and long-term lessors, and salvage pools, are extended for a period of 90 days.
