Operative words
The City of Dayton has released the full language of the mask ordinance passed during the city commission meeting Wednesday night.... People who violate the ordinance could be subject to an $85 fine. The ordinance will be in place until it is rescinded by the city commission. Here's when and where masks are required in Dayton: When indoors at a place of business that is open to the public, this includes but is not limited to places like: grocery stores, retail stores, pharmacies, health care facilities, restaurants and bars (including outdoor seating for those places), hotels, motels, gyms and similar facilities. Religious facilities are not included. Any public transportation such as a bus, taxi, ridesharing vehicle or any other vehicle for hire. All business are required to have employees that interact with the public to where a face covering.

Exemptions: medical conditions, children under 6, patrons eating or drinking, dental and medical treatment, outdoors, gym exercise at six feet, individual offices, public-safety employees.
