For those vulnerable individuals living in Counties color-coded Orange or Red on the OSDH's Alert System website, such individuals should consider staying in their home or place of residence except for working in a critical infrastructure sector and conducting essential errands.... All businesses should adhere to the statewide OURS Plan... Visitation, outings, group meals and communal dining at nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and retirement homes shall be in accordance with guidance issued by the OSDH
