Operative words
1. There shall be no gatherings of more than twenty-five (25) persons within the boundaries of the city. 2. There shall be no on-premises food or drink consumption for restaurants, bars, coffee shops, or other food establishments within the boundaries of the city. Establishments with a food license may continue to conduct pick-up, drive-thru, and delivery only. 3. The Providence Place Mall is to close.
