Operative words

1. There shall be no gatherings of more than five (5) persons within the boundaries of the city.... 6. There shall be a mandatory 14 day quarantine for anyone who has traveled between any state other than the State of Rhode Island and Providence in the last 7 days and for anyone who will be traveling between any state other than the state of Rhode Island and Providence through May 8, 2020. 7. All Providence public parks, green spaces, dog parks, sports fields and courts, off-road trails, and golf courses shall be closed to public access.
