Operative words

I hereby supersede, rescind, and replace Executive Order No. 2020-50... Restaurants shall require that all employees, customers, patrons, suppliers, vendors, and other visitors wear Face Coverings... Restaurants shall not permit the sale or consumption of beer, wine, or alcoholic liquor between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.... Restaurants should space indoor and outdoor tables at least six (6) feet apart... Restaurants should limit seating at each table to no more than eight (8)... [Gathering cap of 50 percent or 250 persons and mask condition retained as 'shall']
