Beginning on May 10, 2020 at 11:59 p.m., healthcare facilities providing procedures that utilize PPE or ventilators - whether veterinary, medical, or dental - must complete the requirements set forth in this Executive Order [written plan; PPE supply; testing; capacity monitoring]... It remains in effect until the peacetime emergency declared in Executive Order 20-01 is terminated or until it is rescinded by proper authority.
