Operative words
On March 19, 2020, I issued Executive Order D 2020 009, which ordered the temporary cessation of all voluntary or elective surgeries and procedures and preservation of personal protective equipment... which expired on April 26, 2020.... Medical, dental, or veterinary voluntary or elective surgeries and procedures may [recommence]... [subject to the] accompanying Public Health Order (PHO) issued by CDPHE... Facilities performing medical, dental or veterinary voluntary or elective surgeries [must meet the conditions].
